Shipping and Rates

J-PORT B.V. strives to serve its customers as fast as possible. Upon receipt of payment, items are shipped within 48 hours via the services of either UPS, DHL, Mainfreight, Rhenus or local postal services. J-PORT chooses a carrier based on the country of arrival, and when appropriate in consultation with the customer.

The minimum order value is €100, free shipping on orders over €250.

Netherlands - Shipping free, minimum order €100.

Belgium and Germany - Shipping free on orders over €250, we charge €10 shipping costs for orders from €100 to €250.

In all other EU countries - Shipping free on ordes over €250, we charge €15 shipping costs for orders from €100 to €250.
