Top grade first flush sencha from prize winning company Otsuka. A light steamed high mountain sencha made of cultivar Asanoka. Beautiful needle shaped leaf, dark green in colour, rich in amino acids (umami). Full bodied, long aftertaste. A truly amazing tea, according to us as good as or better than a top grade gyokuro.
